Eating a Healthy Breakfast

Compiled & Edited by Peter Y. Chou (WisdomPortal.com)

Each morning I open a package of Quaker Instant Oatmeal
(Fruit & Cream: Blueberries, Strawberries, Peach, Banana,
or pack of Raisin, Date & Walnut Oatmeal) into a giant bowl,
to which I've added 3 tablespoons of raw wheatgerm. Pour 1.5
cup of boiling water and let it simmer for a minute. Then add
9 raw almonds, 10 walnut halves & pieces, one tablespoon of
pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon
dried cranberries, 6 banana chips, and 4 dried Turkish apricots.
Fresh fruit added: 24 red or black seedless grapes, or 1 sliced
banana, or 6 large strawberries diced, or 20 blueberries, or
20 blackberries. Added last is 3 heaping tablespoons of Lucerne
Strawberry Yogurt. Time of preparation is 5 minutes. Also cup
of Maxwell Instant Coffee with International Delight Creamer
(or Nestle Coffee-Mate Creamer or Lucerne Dairy Creamer).
Vitamins & minerals each day: CVS Spectravite Multi-vitamin,
Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin D3, and Magnesium Citrate.
