Preface: A friend told me "You should just do what you enjoy, instead of interest in Google rankings." She's right, however, we work hard to excel in our work. Athletes practice endlessly to win the World Series, Super Bowl, and Olympic Gold. That's why I've placed Roger Bannister and Jerry Rice on top of this compilation to remind me of excellence in sports. Worked 18 hours each day (1973-1974) on the Chou-Fasman Method of Protein Structural Predictions with great joy as a child in the playground. Didn't know there was going to be two International Prediction Contests that my simple non-computerized algorithm would beat the computer methods. Didn't know about Science Citation Index ranking my paper as #1 with 1160 citations (1987). Google Search is following Science Citation Index method to see which paper gets quoted most by other researchers. Google beat the other Search Engines— Infoseek, Excite, Yahoo, Alta Vista, Ask Geeves, because its algorithm ranked those web sites on top who had the most visitors. So seeing one's Google ranking is a good way to assess whether your work is relevant to those using the Internet. I take pride in my work, so if it's useful, it climbs eventually to the top. Had five #1 rankings in Google Search before losing my website (6-26-2015)— Singularity Resources, Dante Resources, Apple Symbolism, Magpie Symbolism, Ralph Waldo Emerson & John Muir.
