Safeway Shopping Not Safe

Finished shopping at Safeway— rolled the cart to Rengstorff Ave, Bus #40 is coming— running each hour on Sunday schedule. Since the sidewalk is sloped, cart slides down smashing the bus— "Get your damn cart off my bus!" the driver yells "Put on your mask!" I juggled these chores before boarding the bus with my bags— the only crisis I have had during virus shutdown that's bad. — Peter Y. Chou     Mountain View, 8-31-2020
