Preface: On June 22, 2021, Ann emailed an Elephant stamp her Dad would have liked. She tells me the 6 pies stamp is from Sirmoor, India. Sirmoor is a feudatory state in the Punjab district of India. I found they were issued in 1895. My 1975 Scott's Stamp Catalogue shows Sirmoor #11-18 priced mint @ $14.70 and $12.45 used. eBay sale of 4 values #11-14 @ $14.99; Complete set #11-18 @ $220.00
(2017 Cherrystone auction). I've downloaded this complete set below, and have compiled 74 other Elephant stamps from my old 1975 Scott's Stamp Catalogues.
