Preface: On Dec. 14, 2022, 6:00-6:30 pm, in LINC-405 Zoom class Skills Workshop with
William Cavada, he showed how to share files in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Drawings, Share Files: Restricted, Students in Class, Anyone with the Link (Preferred), Instructor, Editor (can change file), Commentator & Viewer (can't change), Instructors Gene Tognetti, Kim Randall. Do this first in HTML, then replicate it in Google Drive for Assignment #8.

Checked the taped recording of Cavada's Skills Workshop on Sharing Files (December 14, 2022). However it was not posted yet. Gene Tognetti's Skills Workshop on Inserting Tables in Google Docs and Google Slides (December 7, 2022) is available for viewing. Since the Fall Quarter ended on December 14 at Foothill College, it is better for me to proceed on this last assignment without waiting for Cavada's tape to appear.

Here is a screen shot of the Movie Tables done for Assignment #7. On the top right hand side is a circular photo of me. To its left is a rectangular icon "Share" of a person with + sign. Click on it to access the people you wish to share your files with.

They are the Instructors of LINC-405 Technology Skills class at Foothill College for Fall 2022— William Cavada, Gene Tognetti, and Kim Randall. Their emails are also shown. To the right are the buttons where you decide their access— Editor (can change file), Commentator (can't change file but make suggestions on revisions) & Viewer (can't change file & can't make comments).

I've changed the Access to Editor, so he can make changes to my files for improvement. Click "blue button" at bottom right corner to Send Share Message.
