Nature Walks 2022: Table of Contents

I sit at the computer too much— writing haikus every day inspired by music, films, poetry, and interesting readings. My best friend who has taken me on hundreds of Bay Area hikes when Foothill College Computer Labs were closed, has passed on (9-9-2016), so there were fewer hikes since. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, there were no hikes in 2020 and 2021. Last hike posting was December 20, 2019 Stanford Theatre 1939 Movies. My best friend from Columbia Engineering (1959-1963), Richard Hanauer, from Furlong, PA, paid a visit on July 14, 2022, with his wife Arlene, and daughter Jody. We went to Monterey's 17-Mile Drive, for some teriffic ocean views. On August 16, 2022, went for a walk around the Stanford Campus. Took photos of Bronze Plaques of Graduating classes, for my birthday
& number projects. Also visited buildings where I had inspirations as well as the Rodin Sculpture Gardens at Cantor Arts Center. Stanford Theatre finally re-opened
on July 9, 2022 with Fred & Ginger movies. They were closed for 2.4 years due to the pandemic. So it's a delight seeing my favorite classical movies again.
