Preface:
After 30-years,
Foothill College Middlefield Campus has closed,
and moved Sunnyvale Campus
(1070 Innovation Way) in September, 2016. Now, I take VTA Bus #40 Monday-Saturday to
Foothill College Krause Center, Los Altos Hills, to use their Mac computers.
I board Bus #40 at Showers Drive, Mountain View, where "Foothill College"
is shown in front of Bus #40. When it arrives in 15 minutes, at the Los Altos Hills Campus stop, the marquée changes to "Shoreline". When Krause Center closes at 7:30 pm, I walk around for an half-hour before Bus #40 comes at 7:54 pm to 8:05 pm. Krause Center closes 6:30 pm Friday and 4:30 pm Saturday. On Friday, March 17, there were some picturesque cirrus clouds photographed (6:27-6:29 pm) before the 6:47 pm Bus #40 came. When it arrived at Showers Drive (7:06 pm), I was lucky to catch Express Bus #522 to Palo Alto Train Depot and made the movie Kidnappers (1953) just in time at 7:30 pm. Earlier in the day, I walked across Rengstorff Park, and took two photos of the giant Eucalyptus Tree (11:28 am). I've added some extra photos of "Flaming Cirrus Clouds" at Rengstorff Park (3:38 pm, March 10) and "Apricot Trees Blooming" at Los Altos Library (4:15 pm, March 10). The Los Altos Library Fountain photos were taken earlier (12:48 pm, Feb. 19). |
