| Preface: Below are 16 photos taken at Foothill College's Los Altos Hills Campus of clouds and sun. The Camp Fire at Paradise, CA erupted on October 26, and is one of the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California with 14,000 homes destroyed. Foothill College was closed November 15-19 due to poor air quality. On November 9, after seeing Al Guzman at Teaching Learning Center (TLC), I headed back to the Krause Center. Noticed the Sun was misty like a full moon, and took three photos. Leaving TLC on Nov. 26 at 3:45 pm, there seem to be three layers of sun in the west. Are these sun dogs flanking the Sun? Added three photos of Clouds by Los Altos Library on San Antonio Road (9-14-2018) that were not included in my photos of Library Clouds (9-12-2018). Also added three photos of Goethe quote pasted on Bus #40 bench at Rengstorff & Montecito Ave, Mountain View (Nov. 18). Since Goethe is one of my spirtiual mentors, this quote will provide inspiration to many creative individuals— "Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it; Boldness has genius, power and magic in it." When getting off Bus #40 today at the hilltop of Foothill College, took photo of the misty clouds (9:49 am). Took two hours to format the 22 photos below. After composing this web page (3:45 pm), needed one more photo for completion. Went outside of Krause Center, and took the last photo of "Clouds over Parking Lot 3". Listed the date & time of each photo as recorded from my Canon Power Shot A590 Digital Camera. |
